Delivery information for Jamaica

FREE SHIPPING FOR JAMAICA!!!!

1.1: All orders in Jamaica take approximately 4-5 working days

1.2: We use Pay Pack for deliveries in Kingston and Portmore. We will use Jamaica Post on all other locations.

1.3: We do not offer next day deliver at the moment

1.4: We use a signed for delivery service. Someone will have to be there to sign for it.

1.5 If no one is there to sign for delivery, we will leave a card for re-delivery or for pick up at the post.

1.6 We recommend use your work address or an address where someone will be there to sign.

1.7 Refuse of delivery will incur the cost of the original & cost of return.

1.8 ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

 

2 USA & the Caribbean

USA shipping is $15. Orders takes 2 business days to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business.
Caribbean shipping is $15. Also takes 2 business days to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

2.1: All orders to the USA or The Caribbean will take approximately 8-10 WORKING DAYS. (processing days not included)

2.2: WE use Fedex or DHL for EXPRESS shipping at a cost $40 (option not yet available).

2.3: THERE IS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION.

2.4: DELIVERIES ARE MADE MON-FRI 8AM TO 5PM, THERE IS NO SATURDAY SERVICE AVAILABLE

2.5: WE USE A SIGNED FOR DELIVERY SERVICE.SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE IN TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY, A CARD WILL BE LEFT WHERE YOU CAN ARRANGE RE-DELIVERY OR TO COLLECT FROM THE DEPOT.

2.6: TO MINIMIZE DELAYS WE RECOMMEND USING YOUR WORK ADDRESS AS YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

2.7: DTS SHIPs YOUR GOODS INCLUSIVE OF YOUR COUNTRY’S IN-GOING CUSTOMS CHARGES.

2.8: WHILST WE ENDEAVOR TO DELIVER WITHIN THE STATED TIME, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

2.9: All Sales Are final NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

 

International Delivery Information

International shipping is $20.

Orders are processed (2 days to processed) and shipped within 5 to 10 business days.

  • 4.1: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AS WE’RE UNABLE TO REDIRECT ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU.
  • 4.2: BEFORE WE CAN DISPATCH YOUR PURCHASES, WE MAY NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP DELAYS TO A MINIMUM.
  • 4.3: OUR DELIVERY TIME STARTS FROM THE MOMENT AN ORDERS IS ACCEPTED AND INCLUDES A 24 HOURS WHERE YOUR ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSES AND DISPATCHED BY OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE NOTE THIS CAN TAKE LONGER DURING OUR SALE PERIODS WHEN IT MAY TAKE UP 48 HOURS FOR SHIPMENTS TO  BE DISPATCHED.
  • 4.4: WE WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR SHIPPING PARTNER TO MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL IMPACT OF CUSTOM DELAYS ON OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
  • 4.5: TO MINIMIZE DELAYS WE RECOMMEND USING YOUR WORK ADDRESS AS YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

 

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

DTS Designs is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
